Shaanxi Longwill Import & Export Co., Ltd.(shortened formed as Longwill), founded on Nov.6, 2000, is a reformed share holding company from China Export Bases Construction Shaanxi Corp. and specialized in import and export business with a registered capital of RMB30 million. The main business scope covers complete sets of equipment, minmetals, minerals, textiles, clothing, mechanical products, asphalt, etc. Longwill also engages in business activities such as processing with supplied samples, drawings and materials as well as entrepot trade.
The top leadership of Longwill is the board of directors under which there are Management Office, Financial Dept., Textiles & Clothing Dept., Minmetal & Mineral Dept., Artex Fabric Dept., Import Dept., and Bidding Dept. All employees have the background of higher education and are competent of years of international trade experience. With the guide of ISO2000, Longwill possesses a strict and scientific management system.
Since its establishment, Longwill has always adhered to the principle of honoring contract and maintaining commercial integrity and has gained high reputation both at home and abroad. Its business spreads over more than thirty countries in Europe, America, Africa and Asia. Fifty million US dollars reflect its import and export business achievement in 2007.

Longwill established two new companies within the past three years: Shaanxi Longwill Tendering Co., Ltd. with an annual tendering value of over RMB1 billion, and Shaanxi Wanlong Industries Co., Ltd. which invests in asphalt business including warehouse, transportation and finished product mixing and processing. It participates and provides asphalt for the highway construction in the province with an annual sales of more than RMB200 million.
